Panel 1: the challenge of the infrastructure deficit.
Despite its unique geographical position which connects to 4 other regions of the continent, theCentral Africa suffers froma deficit ofhigh-quality infrastructure for connectivity (transport, logistics and ICT) and energy infrastructure to accelerate its industrialization. How to mobilise the private sector through the PPP contract and other modes of alternative funding to meet the challenge of the infrastructure deficit in theCentral Africa ? How to improve the technical skills and the financial capacities of the companies national or regional for the realization of large infrastructure integrators in the region ?

Panel 2: Meeting the challenge of food security.
TheCentral Africa has more than 120 millionhectares of arable land. Yet it continues toimport a substantial amount, and growing, year after year, food. This place, in chronic food insecurity. In order to meet the food needs ofa population, estimated todaytoday to $ 215 million ofinhabitants, and which grows to an average of 3% each year, theCentral Africa must significantly increase its agricultural productivity. How can the private sector
sinvest more heavily in the reconquest of the food sovereignty of theCentral Africa ? How to mobilize private financing for the development of theAgTech through innovations in digital and contributions of theartificial intelligence in agricultural practices ? How to improve theaccess to finance and the income levels of smallholder farmers as well as their resilience to climate change ? What are the value chains in agro-industrial regional to prioritize ?

Panel 3: the challenge of the transformation of the raw materials of theCentral Africa to integrate the segments downstream value chains in the world.
Although theCentral Africa is endowed withimmense natural resources (cotton, coffee, cocoa, wood, rubber, tropical fruit, minerals, oil, etc), it does and not fixed in the area thathave a low value-added resources. The participation of theCentral africa in the chains of global values is mainly driven by the primary sector with exports of unprocessed raw materials that do not contribute significantly to the creation of value and to the redistribution of income. How to finance the projects ofindustrialization for the local processing of raw materials ? How to partnerships and strategic alliances between companies in the region can contribute to the development of value chains industrial ? How to stimulate private investment in the training and theeducation for the development ofa specialized human capital in the mining industries and agro-industrial ?

TheCentral Africa is in need ofa financial sector that is stable and robust to better support and assist the efforts of structural transformation involved. Despite the reforms undertaken in recent years in the region, the financial market of theCentral Africa remains weak and fragmented. What is the role of regulators of the financial market and banking can play in order to promote theemergence ofa financial industry adapted to the realities and needs of structural transformation of the economies of theCentral Africa ? How large institutional actors (CNPS or CNSS, sovereign wealth Fund, CDEC, etc) can contribute to the project ? How to build a banking system increased and the democratization of financial services in Central Africa, in particular for women and young entrepreneurs in the region ? How fintechs are redesigning thefinancial services industry and accelerate thefinancial inclusion in Central Africa ?
